Horizontal automatic dosing and bagging machine for forming and packaging liquid pouches with three-sided sealing.
Equipped with:
- Film roll support.
- Film folding station (folding the film width in half). Vertical sealing station with 130 mm long jaws.
- Liquid dosing station with a Hibar 4H1 pump.
- Dosing nozzle with a drip-stop system.
- Maximum pump capacity: 250 ml.
- 30-liter pressurized buffer tank with high and low level sensors.
- Longitudinal sealing station for top closure of the pouch using 130 mm long jaws.
- Cutting station with a pair of knives.
- Film pulling station with a pair of adjustable grippers. Finished pouch ejection via suction cup.
- PROFACE touchscreen control panel programmable with an Omron PLC.
