Product Description
Automatic horizontal flowpack bagging machine. Automatic bagging of products in series.
The product is moved on a conveyor to the former. Conveyor belt dimensions: 1500 x 250 mm.
The former is a formatting unit that can be changed according to the machine's needs and capacity.
The film is formed around the product in the former. The film is pulled by rollers that perform the longitudinal seal.
The transverse sealing unit seals the bag at both ends simultaneously and separates them.
Equipped with:
2000 mm long x 250 mm wide PVC conveyor belt for transferring products under the sealing stations. Adjustable former.
Longitudinal sealing station for the film using rotating jaws.
Transverse sealing station for the film using two pairs of jaws with integrated knives.
Driven by a variable-speed motor.
Protective covers with safety features.
