Product Description
316 stainless steel planetary mixer for liquid, viscous, sticky and pasty products.
Useful capacity from 250 to 600 liters.
Total vessel capacity: 733 liters.
Equipped with:
- ATEX-compliant control panel.
- Double jacketed vessel.
- Dished bottom.
- 1 central bottom discharge with mechanical valve.
- 1 eccentric mixer with 2 triple-blade levels.
- 1 thermometer with temperature display from 0 to 130°C.
- 1 half-moon inspection hatch (700 x 250 mm), lockable and fitted with a safety system that stops the mixer when opened.
- 1 product temperature control probe with digital display on the power cabinet.
The mixer is driven by a 1.5 kW motor at 1480 rpm.
Steam or hot water heating through the double jacket with inlet/outlet connections.
Maximum pressure: 6 bar at 160°C.
Cooling of the double jacket is also possible.
The mixer is mounted on a stainless steel frame with castors.
