Product Description
Fully pneumatic semi-automatic filling machine for glass or plastic bottles, with volumetric piston dosing, suitable for liquid, viscous, and foaming products.
The machine is equipped with a heating system throughout the entire product circuit.
A heated hose system will need to be provided to replace the current hopper in order to achieve a fully heated circuit.
The filling machine is self-priming.
Equipped with:
- Filling by 1 stainless steel nozzle
- Dosing by 1 volumetric piston
- Pneumatic pressure drive
- Foot pedal control
- Stainless steel frame
Tabletop installation.
Current equipment:
1 piston from 20 to 180 ml
1 stainless steel needle, Ø10 mm
It is possible to replace the pump with the following ranges as an option:
12 ml, 80 ml, 200 ml, 500 ml, and 1000 ml
Maximum production rate:
Approximately 600 to 1,000 bottles per hour, depending on volume and product characteristics
