Filling and capping line for jars, bottles, or vials.
Equipped with:
- Rotary product loading table with on/off switch and potentiometer speed control.
- Table platform dimensions: 700 mm.
- Guidance system to direct the product onto the conveyor towards the filling station.
- Pallet conveyor, 85 mm wide and 2300 mm long.
- Accumulation cell at the inlet of the filling station.
- Product presence detection sensor before filling.
- Single-nozzle filling station (currently 6 mm diameter) with container locking via two cylinders.
- FLEXACON brand peristaltic filling pump, model PF 6 (2013).
- Filling capacity: 1 to 850 ml.
- 1-meter long work area for manual placement of the cap or other contents. - - Container presence detection cell with two sequencer cylinders.
- Capping station with a CDA VS 400 head; the head's cap size is interchangeable upon request.
- Container locking system with two pneumatic cylinders to prevent rotation during screwing.
