Automatic tube welding dosing machine with volumetric dosing unit for liquid, sticky, viscous and pasty products.

Equipped:
- Automatic feeding of tubes into the bucket.
- Tube spot centering station by photocell.
- Tray with 8 interchangeable buckets depending on tube dimensions, for transferring tubes to the packaging station.
- Bucket format available with the machine: Diameter 35 mm.
- Dosing station by volumetric piston interchangeable according to the desired dosage with stainless steel rotating bushel.
- Currently equipped with 3 pistons of different volumes, from 5 ml to 250 ml.
- Tube filling station using stainless steel nozzle with drip cutter.
- Single-envelope conical hopper with a capacity of 50 liters.
- Tube heating station using a Leister heater, several formats available depending on the diameter of the tube.
- Welding station using heated jaw pliers with water circulation.
- Closing station using 1 pair of jaw pliers with the possibility of inserting characters (a complete set of characters supplied with the machine) with water circulation.
- Cooling station using air blowing.
- Station for cutting the top of the tubes for finishing. Waste collection bin.
- Station for automatic evacuation of finished tubes into a chute.
- General drive by variable speed motor drive. Protective casings with security on the doors. stainless steel frame.
