Coating/Laminating Pan, 10 to 79 kg capacity.

Description:
- Stainless steel coating and coating pan with touchscreen control.
- 15-inch touchscreen for programming and cycle control. Flexible Win CC software.
- The current drum capacity on the laminator is 10 kg (19 inches).
- 316 L stainless steel drum with anti-slip ribs and 4 mixing baffles.
- The drum can be replaced for a larger batch capacity.
Sizes available from the manufacturer: 19, 24, 30, and 36 inches.
36 inches is equivalent to 79 kg - 116 liters (quote on request)
- Variable drum rotation speed on the screen from 3 to 24 rpm.
- The laminator is equipped with large doors on the sides and front to facilitate cleaning or disassembly of the drum.
- Lighting inside the laminator can be controlled from the touchscreen.
- Nozzle solution spraying system, currently equipped with two Schlick nozzles, with the option to add a third.
- Warton Marlow pump for supplying the nozzles with variable speed programmable on the touchscreen, flow rate from 25 to 300 ml/min.
- Air treatment system mounted remotely from the coater for suction of outside air.
Consists of:
- Degreasing filter (30% efficiency)
- Supply fan Dehumidification module
- Steam heating coil with temperature control
- Medium filter (80% efficiency)
- HEPA filter (99.99% efficiency) with a 0.3 um particle size
- Air flow station Air flow range: 250 – 1000 cfm (425 – 1700 m3/h)
- The air treatment station is powered by a variable-speed turbine, capacity 1850 m3/h for 2.2 kW.

- ATEX variable-speed exhaust fan, maximum flow rate 2120 m3/h for 3.7 kW.
- Camfill dust collector with two high-efficiency 99.99% filters

The laminator is sold complete with the following components:
