Product Description
Automatic blow molding machine with suction for bottles.
Equipped with:
- 90 mm wide bottle feed conveyor.
- Auger for transferring bottles to the blow molding turret.
- 4-cell star-shaped nozzle for feeding bottles to the 16 prism grippers.
- Prism grippers rotate 180° and bring the bottles to the blow molding and suction stations (currently without a vacuum cleaner) with the neck facing down.
- Blowing inside the bottles using plunger-type injection nozzles.
- Bottle turning station for returning the bottles to their initial position.
- Bottle discharge via a 4-cell star-shaped nozzle. General drive via a motor-variator.
- Power box with Siemens PLC.
