Automatic rotary screwing machine for bottles or pill boxes.
Equipped with:
- Stainless steel palletized bottle/pill box feed conveyor, 85 mm wide and 1800 mm long.
- 18-cell tray for transferring bottles/pill boxes to the screwing station.
- Automatic feeding of caps/caps via a 600 mm diameter stainless steel vibrating bowl upon request.
- Positive gripping station for caps/caps and placement on bottles/pill boxes via a rotating head with lifting and lowering on request.
- Screwing station with a disengageable head with torque adjustment.
- General drive via a motor-variable speed control with variable speed on the control cabinet via a potentiometer.
- Protective guards with safety devices.
