316 stainless steel planetary mixer for liquid, viscous, sticky, and pasty products.
Useful capacity from 500 to 2500 liters.

Equipment:
- Double-jacketed tank with a heating or cooling coil.
- Conical bottom.
- 1 central drain at the bottom of the tank with a mechanical valve, DN 50 connection.
- 1 slow mixer with a wall scraper.
- 1 immersion stirrer with a coaxial disperser, 300 mm in diameter, with variable speed from 299 to 1,290 rpm.
- Watertight lid with:
- 1 inspection window with lighting, 125 mm in diameter
- 1 vacuum breaker connection with a mechanical valve.
- 2 connection points with valves, 50 mm in diameter
- 1 control panel.
- 1 electronic thermometer with temperature display.
- 450 mm diameter inspection hatch.

- Steam or hot water heating in the double jacket with inlet/outlet.
- Maximum pressure 3 bar at 130°C maximum.
- Double jacket cooling circuit with water inlet/outlet.
- Vacuum and pressure measurement available in the tank with a needle pressure gauge from -1 to +2 bar.
- Mounted on a stainless steel frame with height-adjustable feet.
- Mixer/scraper motor power: 4 kW
- Coaxial agitator motor power: 18.5 kW

Equipped with a secure stainless steel structure for overhead access to the tank.
