Planetary mixer in 316 stainless steel for liquid, viscous, sticky and pasty products.
Useful capacity from 150 to 500 liters.
Total tank capacity 573 liters.

Equiped:
- Double-walled tank.
- Rounded bottom 1 central drain at the bottom of the tank with pneumatic valve diameter 50 mm, controllable from the power cabinet.
- 1 off-center drain at the bottom of the tank with a 50 mm diameter pneumatic valve.
- 1 mixer loaned with wall scraper.
- 1 toothed colloidal homogenization turbine at the bottom of the tank with a diameter of 240 mm.

Waterproof cover with:
- 1 inspection porthole with lighting diameter 125 mm. - 1 vacuum breaker connection diameter 20 mm.
- 6 tapping pliers diameter 50 mm.
- 1 thermometer with temperature display from 0 to 130°.
-1 pressure control gauge for vacuum.
-1 inspection hatch with a diameter of 220 mm, lockable with a safety device that stops the connector in the event of opening.
-1 product temperature control probe with digital display on the power cabinet.

The mixer loaned with scraper is driven by a motorized variator from 0 to 38 rpm adjustable on a potentiometer on the power cabinet.

The motor power is 3 Kw at 1480 rpm.
The homogenization turbine is driven by a 7.5 Kw motor at 1430 rpm.

Steam or hot water heating in the double jacket with inlet/outlet.
Maximum pressure 6 bars at 160° maximum.
It is also possible to cool the double jacket.

Possibility of creating a vacuum and pressure in the tank with a needle pressure gauge from -1 to +3 bars The vacuum pump can be supplied at an additional cost.
The vacuum pump can be controlled from the power cabinet.

The mixer is placed on a 316L stainless steel frame with height-adjustable feet.
