DESCRIPTION:
Uhlmann's intermittent motion cartoner, designed for packaging small and medium-sized blister packs, guarantees high process reliability and a long service life.
The C300 cartoner is ideal for blister packaging.

Applications:
Pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, food, health, medical device, and manufacturing industries.

Main Features:
The cartoner's workstations are driven by the main motor.
The control panel includes controls, indicator lights, and a keypad.
The keypad allows for microcomputer control of the control system.
Stacks of flat cartons are loaded onto a conveyor belt and transported to the carton magazine using the power of a pneumatic cylinder.
The cartons are transported from the magazine to the carton line by the carton feeder.
During transport on the carton feeder, cartons are removed from the magazine, opened, over-cut, and finally, once formed, introduced into the carton line. During transport on the carton line, the formed cartons are filled with blisters, provided with a label, embossed with a code, glued, sealed, and transported to the output conveyor.
The acceleration belt transports the blisters introduced via the transfer conveyor to the magazine infeed.
The blisters introduced via the acceleration belt are received by the magazine infeed.
They are then transported to the blister counting system via a vertical magazine.
This system ensures the distribution of the predefined number of blisters into the conveyor cassettes.
The blisters then arrive at the product loader to be inserted into the formed cartons.
The leaflets are inserted into the boxes before the stack of blisters using the pre-insertion unit.
The leaflets are only partially loaded into the formed cartons, with final loading occurring simultaneously with the stack of blisters.
At the closing station, the cartons filled with blisters are fully closed and then removed from the machine by the output conveyor.
Supplied with a GUK leaflet folder and an ARGUS LAETUS code control system.
