The SAP series work according to a dynamic principle, based on a rotating, contactless impeller; they do not require maintenance.
These devices have an integrated motor, on the axis of which a double-flow impeller is mounted, “cantilevered”.
For sizes up to SAP / 4 kW (photo), the motor fan serves both for cooling the motor and for cooling the turbine body.
Inlet and outlet have a thread according to DIN ISO 228 (measured in inches).
Certain variants of the SAP are equipped with a solenoid valve on the suction side and have several connection possibilities on the discharge side.
Apart from the axis, the rotor and the motor stator, most of the elements are made of aluminum.
