Product DescriptionThis innovative blister machine can produce pre-cut sheets of optimal quality blisters, either in plastic material with lid in aluminum or other materials, or in alu/alu.
Blister manufacturing operations: thermoforming, cold forming, sealing/coding/ pre-cutting, and cutting are simply performed using three separate devices on the same machine, without the need for any tools or specialized personnel.
The production standard is 4 blisters 100x60 mm for cycle for plastic material with cover in aluminum or other materials and 1 blister for cycle 155x80 mm in alu-alu.
For time and temperature management, the machine is equipped with two timers, two thermoregulators and two pt100 probes, ensure with these highly technological instruments the perfect temperature for making high quality blisters.
