New rotary capper

Operational principle : 
- Bottles are transferred from the conveyor by starwheel to the rotary turret assembly. 
- Bulk cap feed with on demand controls
- Caps are sorted and fed by vibratory feeder.
- Cap release by bottle sensor
- Cap pick-up by oscillating disc and transferred to capping head starwheel.
- Rotary capping station with 8 capping heads is synchronized to pick-up cap.
- Capping head descends and effects closure.
- Capped bottles are then transferred by the out feed starwheel back onto the main conveyor.
- Fully interlocked safety guarding included
- Torque control by servo motor
- Automatic height setup for different bottle height
- Low air/stop machine
- Main drive infeed & outfeed wheel torque limiter
- No cap in chute detection 
- No bottle sensor / Down stream delay sensor
- 3-colour beacon lamp
