Operational principle : 
- Designed to arrange random containers in an upright position on outfeed conveyor after cleaned by ionized air with vacuum.
- Containers loaded in bulk hopper are supplied to the sorter via an elevator. 
- Containers are aligned around the sorter outer disc and exit horizontally onto a linear conveyor.
- While a conveyor transfers the containers from the sorter to the aligning unit, containers are inverted and cleaned by ionized air with vacuum. 
- And they are turned into an upright position for discharge.

- Capable of unscrambling plastic round, oval and rectangular bottles
