Operational principle:
- Silica gel drums are fed by vibratory bowl feeder to the filling chute.
- Canister position verified by upper and lower sensors.
- Canister held by shutter gate until container is in position.
- Vibratory feeder operates on demand from upper sensor.
- Canister release by shutter gate action.
- Lower sensor verification of canister drop and bottle release by container gate.
- No bottle no canister release sensor.
- Down stream jam stop machine sensor.
- Pro-Face touch screen control
- Multiple desiccant insertion is available

- Diameter 25 to 120 mm
(up to dia. 135mm by machine modification with extra charge).
- Height 40 to 200 mm

Capacity:
- Up to 100 bottles / min (Based on 1 canister filling)
Multiple insertion may slow down the machine speed accordingly.
