Fully automatic tablet/capsule counter.
Tablets/capsules loaded from the hopper are aligned on a continuously vibrating trays and fed to the infrared electronic counting sensors.
The counter fills the bottle with 100% accuracy.
The machine has total 4 channels with single filling head which is suitable for packing small quantity batch production.
Star Wheel type tare & gross weighing system:
- Tare weight checking process: Weighing tare weight of bottle
- Filling process: After checking tare weight filling tablet or capsule
- Gross weight checking process: Weighing total gross weight to verify over or less filling and broken tablet or empty capsule
- Rejection process: In any case of wrong filling or weight difference caused by broken tablet or empty capsule will be rejected
