Product Description
Fully automatic tablet/capsule counting and filling machine.
Tablets/capsules loaded from the hopper are aligned on a continuously vibrating 3 step trays and fed to the infrared electronic counting sensors.
The machine fills the bottle with 100% accuracy.
There are 6 independently working filling heads that fill the bottles that are fed by timing screws to achieve 300 bottles per minute.
There are also 6 sets of vibrator trays with which the speed is individually adjustable to set for optimum feeding condition.
Double rotating tablet shutter design ensures counting accuracy and fastest container handling.
All this at the speed of 300 bottles per minute with a footprint of less than 4 square meters (w/o conveyor) makes this machine extremely space efficient.
Capacity: Max. 25,000 tablets per minute based on diameter 8mm round tablets.
