Operational principle :
Bottles are transferred from the conveyor by gate to the bottle positioning grippers.
There are 4 bottle positioning grippers, left 2 are infeed grippers and right 2 are outfeed grippers. Infeed grippers are transferred bottle to the capping station.
At the same time, cap is ready for capping.
These caps are sorted and fed by vibratory feeder.
Caps are aligned and fed to the chute escapement and be placed on the cap mould, it is transferred to the capping station by rotating arm.
Capping station with 2 capping head is synchronized to pick up cap.
At the same time, 2 set of bottle holder holds the bottle from two direction and capping head descends and effectively closing screw cap.
Capped bottles are then moved by outfeed gripper to the conveyor.
In addition, the bottle positioning grippers are transferred the infeed bottle and outfeed bottle together at the same time.
Press caps are handled with optional change part.
Fully interlocked safety guarding included.
