Following the order of a foreign partner, we have proceeded to the transformation of a MAR FILLER-CAPPER-SCREWER- year 1983.
We have added:
- 1 EUROFLUX LAMINAR FLOW
- 1 LIBRA TURNTABLE
- 1 FLEX LINK CONVEYOR
We have adapted the machine for two different sizes: 20 ml -100 ml. We also adapted the two cap bowl feeders. The machine was completely overhauled and defective parts were replaced.
For the laminar flow, we replaced the filters and curtains, and created legs. The customer wanted the flow on legs but it can be suspended.
We added a LIBRA turntable for vial feederand a conveyor for unloading.
We made safety guards.
This transformation took two months of work.
