For the needs of one of our customers, a French cosmetic laboratory, we have carried out a complete reconditioning of a used PKB filling-closing machine – year 2000.
The following work was carried out in our workshop:
- complete mechanical overhaul: dismantling and cleaning
- replacement of the existing piston by 2 pistons of 125 ml each
- manufacture of 240 ml size
- modification of the existing star wheel
- orientation of the nozzle for the gun
- replacement of the existing motor of the screwing station by a bushless motor
- safety guards
